Damages and issues
Prior to placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms & conditions, please email us at casastyle.au@gmail.com. We will respond to your enquiries as soon as possible.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
Returns Policy Criteria
To be eligible for a return,
- Your goods must be unused and in saleable condition.
- All goods must be in original packaging and all ticketing and swing tags attached.
- An invoice must be presented showing the purchase of the goods.
Damaged or faulty goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the goods are delivered to you and they are damaged or faulty, we require photographs of each item to assist us in processing your claim.
Please include an image of the damaged box with the address label visible & the damaged item.
Incorrect or missing items
If you have received an incorrect item or an item was missing, please contact us via casastyle.au@gmail.com
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Change of mind returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Casa style will offer you an exchange; credit note, or refund provided that:
- You meet the returns policy criteria.
- Goods are returned at customer's expense.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
